OUR TRIP TO SÃO PAULO / JANUARY 2020

We passed through the Bolivian border at the end of December 2019. We stayed for a few days in Corumbá and then went on to the city of Campo Grande.
We visited some brothers, churches and friends. On December 30, we traveled to São Paulo and stayed at the home of Brother Marcelo Delfino.
The purpose of this trip was to gain greater contact with Brother Marcelo, who is now working with World Missionary Press materials. For many years my uncle Francisco Gamelim has done this work, but now he is retiring and will probably be going to live in Australia.
Well, how can I summarize this post? Certainly the trip was a blessing and I believe that we will be working together with Brother Marcelo and his wife Miriam in the best possible way, as they are people with their hearts burning for Jesus and for the souls they are losing.
Below I will leave a video on vlog where I recorded a little of the trip, showed Marcelo’s house and talked a little with him. The video is in Portuguese, but I have subtitles in English, Italian and other languages.

Mission trip to Bolivia July 2025

  EVANGELISTIC SUPPORT PROGRAM In this post I would like to present our journey from Paraguay to the places we intend to visit in Bolivia where we have active Support Points. As you can see on the map below, our goal is to leave the border region of Brazil with Paraguay, in the city of Pedro Juan Caballero, to the border with Bolivia. This is a journey of 680 kilometers. It usually takes 12 to 15 hours to travel. It all depends on the condition of the road. In the border region, in the city of Corumbá, I will carry out the migration processes and will also be where the pamphlets for evangelization in Bolivia will be. The goal is to send them by mail from the border to the city of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. I will go with my wife and son, who will stay in the border region to process some documentation. I have relatives in Corumbá who give us a lot of support for the missionary work we do. So, while my wife stays on the border between Brazil and Bolivia, I intend to continue traveling...

Evangelism in Paraguay

  The good news we have is that we got a port to equip the Support Point in Ciudad del Este in Paraguay. The likelihood is that we will receive 1500 kilos of printed materials initially in Paraguay, so we won't need to bring the evangelistic materials from Brazil. I believe that soon I will be giving more information about the evangelistic work in Paraguay. We maintain the target of having Support Points in each country in South America.
